Garmin Data Fields

So I picked up my Rise today and did get it registered and it is now all working. I got my Garmin synced to it and it pulls all the data. I do have a question, is there a way to have my heart rate displayed instead of one of the other fields? on the same screen

Yes, as long as you have a heart rate monitor/sensor. Best to read the instructions for your Garmin on how to do it. There's a few steps to follow but it's not too difficult.
