Bosch Flow app mode customisations

I've had my bike a few weeks, I updated the smart system and flow app as soon as I received it.
The problem I have is I can only customise Eco & Turbo modes, I understand that the latest update allows you to customise all modes, but not in my case!
Any suggestions?

Thats very strange, I can update all the modes on my bike via the app

Have your tried, deleting the app, and the paired connection and starting again?
