Hi,
A new update for Flow App and Hardware (13.x) has been release today. Have not updated yet but from first check most interesting for me could be the „pushing aid“(?) that is said to consider gradient uphill and a „hill control“ holding the bike in place and assisting better in starting in a uphill section.
The rest seems to be related to Connect and Flow+ what I am not using.

Will see……

Some guys can't change the oil in their Toyota.
I just updated mine, and of course it worked out perfectly.
I'm excited to try out the "hill feature," but really, it's
rare when such a thing might be needed.

Agree to certain extent. The error occured also in previous updates on bikes on that parts of the hardware had been changed, e.g. controller or display. Now it is not yet clear if failure due to interrupted update process etc..
However, seems that in case of this error you have to go to see the dealer to fix software settings on linked hardware as you can not do yourself via app or „pushing the buttons“.
Would be nice if such fix could be done by Bosch OTA.

I just did give the warning as in the past there had been issues for the Treks(? Speed Sensor ?) that some would have preferred to avoid. 😉

I will wait with the update as there is no hurry for me.

Does anyone know when the update will be released for Android?
My Pixel had the update of the app to v1.24.6 in the app store this afternoon.

An error might occur if hardware Controller was replaced or added and if not followed Bosch recommendations:

„Can I retrofit Purion 200?

If your eBike with the smart system is currently equipped with an LED Remote, then the subsequent change to Purion 200 is possible. Purion 200 then replaces the LED Remote, as there can only ever be one control centre on your eBike. If you would like to have the conversion carried out, please talk to your specialist dealer in advance: Only they can carry out the replacement because the new control unit also needs to be assigned to your eBike on the software side.

Is your eBike with the smart system currently equipped with a System Controller? Due to the permanent integration in the top tube of your eBike, conversion to different control centre, located in Purion 200, for example, is not intended.“
