I am loving the PL Pro with only a couple of short rides so far. Work is stopping my fun! This weekend will be some bulk laps of the local trails. The bike is amazing so far and highly impressive engineering from the motor and display as well as excellent app and charging is so fast.

I have been struggling to get an IOT sim to work and I think it might be due to roaming. Is there a detailed guide on sim card usage and trouble shooting? I have been through FAQ and manual but there is limited details...

Hi Gigs~ Hearing that you 're facing some trouble with the IoT SIM card on Amflow PL Carbon Pro and the network wasn't great. We hope the following tips can help you:

Currently, we do not support the use of IoT SIM cards, and we suggest that if you're planning to ride long-term in your current country, it's best to avoid using roaming SIM cards. Here are some SIM cards we've tested that work well in your current country (Australia we guess?) for your reference:

For Australia, we are compatible with Vodafone. Please refer to the photo below to choose the right SIM card for you~

You can activate your Amflow PL bike anywhere you want, no matter where you bought it. Whether it's China, Indonesia, or anywhere else, it's up to you~

About the enduro model with 170-180mm suspension, we don't have any updates yet, but keep an eye out for more info!

Hi, I’ve added a SIM card to my Amflow, a Lebara 5gb monthly payg, and I’ve noticed that it does seem to drain the battery whilst not being used? Is this normal?

Also I haven’t had any uploads from the bike with the sim enabled?

How long would it take to get a replacement battery or motor if mine broke?

My specialized dealer currently keeps a supply of both in stock so if mine break I don’t lose riding time and can get the bike repaired in 2-3 days.

If DJI/Amflow can also do this then I am very interested.

@Amflow_Support thanks for your advice on SIM Card this is now sorted and working as expected.

Onto the next issue, how do I get the GPX file (ride data) from the avinox app if this has not been auto uploaded to Strava. I have un-bound and re-bound Strava account but there is no way I can find to get the ride data from the bike to Strava. If we were able to manually download the GPX file then I could do it manually? Can you help?

Hi DanMcDan! It is not typical for the battery to drain significantly while not in use. We would like to investigate this further to understand the issue including uploads from the bike with the SIM enabled, we apologize for the inconvenience. To help us diagnose the problem, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Let us know the specific date when the issue occurred and provide us with the log file, which can be exported by following these steps:

1.Press and hold the power button in the lower part of the control display for 2 seconds to power on the bike.
2.Connect the USB-C port on the control display to a computer via a USB-C to USB-A cable.
3.The computer will display a USB drive notification.
4.Open the USB drive folder, package all files in the folder, and export the package.

Once we receive the log file and the date of the issue, we will be able to assist you further. Thank you!

The exact time frame for the replacement will depend on the dealer's stock availability and their processing procedures.

Thank you for your Inquiry, Tilt! Sorry, but the 600Wh battery version of the PL Carbon isn't available for sale yet, and we don't sell the battery on its own. However, we'll make sure to share your feedback with our team. Stay tuned for any updates!

Dear Gigs, regarding the issue you encountered, please try the following steps and see if it can work.

1.In the Avinox APP's Cloud, enable the Bike Connectivity (SIM) and Ride Data Backup & Sync features;
2.Reinstall the Avinox APP;
3.Unpair the account from the bike, then re-pair them;
4.After re-pairing the Avinox APP with the bike, bind Strava in the Avinox APP.
