Hi, I need information about converting kenevo to full 29er.
What do I need to replace oem boxxer fork for zeb 180mm fork (bearing...)?
My next tires will be conti cryptotal/argotal.
What tire width should I get for rear side?
You need a 1.5 inch lower head set race.

Don’t know about the forks as mine came with a single crown . I went 2.4 rear and there’s enough room the a mudguard 👍

How is the lever pull on those, I tried a set and they felt kinda stiff. I also saw the a video by Dale Stone.

I find this to be a non-issue. The initial pull is harder, but I only notice it during a 'parking lot test'. After the initial pull, the lever moves more easily. When riding, I don't notice it at all.

That front end looks way too high and slack and also the BB is to high, you want a 29er fork with a low axel to crown measurement, there’s a table with fork measurements further back in this thread.
For you?

For me it’s perfect and is an absolute ripper. Oh and it can’t be setup that bad - I’ve had a KOM and 6th overall at Degla on some of the DH / Jump lines in just the last week alone.

The Best Specialized eBike Ever... One MASSIVE Problem!
Hey. Im about to start build my Kenevo to 29/29 with the same parts as you had. Could you post in detail the spec of the bike and parts?
Stem length
Fork setup (PSI, comp/rebound clicks, tokens)
Shock setup (PSI, High/low comp/rebound, tokens)
High/low flip?
Offset bushings?

I can't wait to get started with this build!

Hey,
did someone ever tried the new Vivid with 230x62.5 on the Kenevo. Does it touch the frame at full compression?
I would file it down, when its not that much of material.

Does anyone have the weight of the Stock Roval 27.5 Wheels? I am thinking about the 29er upgrade on my beloved Kenevo. And a little bit of weight optimisation. I did buy it in 2019 and still love the bike. And i think this bike is worth an upgrade rather than buying a new one... since it is still a great bike.

I've had this built for a while.. ever since I saw Rob's vid.. I love the longer chainstay on an S4 being 6' 3". The front end is so low on the bike.. that would be my only complaint.. Running 50mm bars with about 2 in of spacers.

I'm running either a Fox 40 @203 or a Zeb @ 170 depending what I'm riding. I'm probably gonna put a 190 in the 40. I was running a dorado.. A lot easier to change the travel but that upper weight is hard to get used too. (All the weight is at the top of the fork.. The 40 feels way stiffer and the weight is lower.

Zeb
2.4 rear 2.5 front chip in high = 61.8 HA

Fox 40
Same above = 61.5 HA

EXT E-Storia Rear Shock

I would like to get the HA to around 63.5-64 for normal riding.. Seems like me only only is to swap the tires. I put 1/4 block under my rear tire.. gained almost 1 degree. That's about the difference from the 2.5 and 2.4 I'm running.. (Assegai 2.5 and DHR 2.4)
