So the E+2 only jumps $300 but the E+1 jumps $1200?The Canadian pricing I saw was $9699 for the 2023 e+1 and $7299 for the e+2.
To compare, the 2022 pricing is $9499, $8499 and $6999 for the e+0, e+1 and e+2. That was after a price hike in the spring.
After thinking about it, I may have the numbers wrong on the 2023 e+2 price. That might have been for the 2023 e+3, which would make it $300 more than the 2022 e+2. I saw the prices 6 weeks ago and was mostly focused on the upper model. So the E+2 only jumps $300 but the E+1 jumps $1200?
Those were my thoughts also when I saw all three batteries side by sideTHE PRICE IS ALREADY POSTED ON THE SPANISH WEBSITE, 7999 EUROS.
WHEN THE E+0 COMES OUT IT WILL BE AT 9500 AND WITH A 925W BATTERY, WAIT A FEW MONTHS AND YOU WILL SEE HOW I AM NOT WRONG.
I HAVE THE E+0 WITH A 750 BATTERY WHICH IS BIGGER THAN THE CURRENT 800W WHICH HAS THE SIZE OF AN OLD 625, MAKING CALCULATIONS WITH THE NEW 22700 CELLS IN THE SIZE OF MY 750, IT TAKES PERFECTLY 925W, ARE MATHEMATICS. Let's wait a few months and see.
Appreciate the update. I just hope you are right about the E+1 spec coming to Oz. I priced up an E+2 with all the upgrades I would want to do over the weekend (fork, shock, brakes etc etc). Now having 2nd thoughts that it’s a good idea cost wise. E+1 would provide a better base component spec and would only require a few tweaks for me personally. Not looking to buy for a few months so I have time. Will sit back and wait a bitTHE PRICE IS ALREADY POSTED ON THE SPANISH WEBSITE, 7999 EUROS.

Accordint the 2023 prices this is probably the best solution. The frame and the motor are exactly the same....Went to my local bike shop today (in France): there were 3 2022 Giant Reign Es ready to be bought, but the owner claims he hasn't even been shown the 2023 models and that he didn't know all the models would have the 800Wh battery. So some markets are way behind, possibly because of built up stock.
That said, he was offering me 10% off any of the 2022 Reigns, and a good deal on the 800Wh Battery that he has in store, so could basically have walked out with a 2022 Reign with both the 625+800Wh batteries for less than the 2023 prices... If I can sell my current bike quick, I'll probably just go with the 2022 e+2 (way prefer the spec on the 23, but love the colour on the 22 and the spec is fine).
Which 2022 are you looking at and how is the '23 spec better? All I'm seeing for 2023 are increased prices and ugly paint jobs!Went to my local bike shop today (in France): there were 3 2022 Giant Reign Es ready to be bought, but the owner claims he hasn't even been shown the 2023 models and that he didn't know all the models would have the 800Wh battery. Not a bad price! Thanks for the up date,
I just started a new post 10min ago asking the same thing. 3x E+2' thats a little embarrassing and almost the same price as the E+1 last year, though it does have a big battery.
Most likely they are already sold.
I would like the e+1 in XL , how long do you wait!!
Thanks Shane
