Revised firmware and better output cable. If you don’t have any problem then it’s not viable to change. What are the advantages of the new version, should I sell this one an order a new one ?

There is an alternative installation method if required should bike not remove restriction.I've just bought one recently. Not installed or used it yet due to the awful Winter weather.
I've also recently updated the Firmware on the Levo Comp and was wondering if future firmware updates could cause any issues with this unit?
On newer firmware variations setting 5 is the highest available. Also the torque pressure is very light at high cadence so you won’t get the whoosh of low cadence, high torque.Anyone have the issue that the turbo levo 2020 with the Levociraptor is not going above 40km/h? when I really try and push hard I can do 46km/h
Chainring is already a 36T in the front so I should be able to do more...Tried all settings but the number 5 is the highest one working.
Tried both reset methods (holding mode and powering on) and (reset 2 times)
restriction is gone as I feel the power until the 40km/h.
Maybe someone has an idea.
I thought setting 5 could de around 85 km/h? why is it holding back at 40km/h?On newer firmware variations setting 5 is the highest available. Also the torque pressure is very light at high cadence so you won’t get the whoosh of low cadence, high torque.
I’ve sent you an alternative install method. Try that and let me know.I thought setting 5 could de around 85 km/h? why is it holding back at 40km/h?

Please contact me by pm with your order number.I just cant get the bike above 40km/h, its a nice speed but nowhere near the stated 86km/h.
I have been on several ebike's tuned, doing an easy 55km/h.
The Turbo Levo is so stable it can do that easy in my opinion.
Same functionAre all the Levociraptor units the same? I have a friend using the Levociraptor too so I could exchange it with him.
Please let me know if all are the same.
If you test another unit and your top speed does not change then there is no alternative. But is it possible a replacement levociraptor will work better due to another compatibility?
Ok will do.. I will keep everyone posted.
I advise removing Levociraptor before updating then re-attach and reset tcu twice. So, are we advised against making firmware updates with mission control or not?
Ok, what I was afraid of is that it would somehow limit the max top speed to 40 if I update the bike.I advise removing Levociraptor before updating then re-attach and reset tcu twice.
Any untested firmware versions/ combinations can result in a variation in the top speed.Ok, what I was afraid of is that it would somehow limit the max top speed to 40 if I update the bike.
Hi TrailwattsUK. I have a 2020 Turbo Levo Comp. Can the Specialized software pick up that this unit has been used on the bike? Thank you, AlTrailwatts has been commissioned to launch and support the new TCU Module designed and built in Italy for the removal of speed restriction on the 2019 Levo.
