@Durrti the OP of this thread is a friend of mine, and he has since sold his Voima a few months back, but he's about 5'8 (1.73M) and 210lbs (95kg). He is an absolute beast on the trails. He rips the turns/burms. He had race axle's as well.
I suspect they might have to do with the stress on...
Yes @leo_kokkonen
The thought of taking a deposit as soon as a failure occurs and shipping replacement parts immediately would alleviate irritation on the customers side.
Also, it would be prudent to supply the customer with the updated part whenever possible to reduce the...
As another recent Voima owner, I hope they make this right quickly, it is ridiculous that they are not cross shipping new arms to you.
keep us posted.
this is not a good look for their customer service.
I recently replaced my own motor since my LBS was "too busy" to get it done in any sort of reasonable time frame, so since I know the shop pretty well, they were willing to let me have to motor and do the work.
I had no issue with the install, but he did indicated to me that he would have...

I would think motor bolts. I believe spec is 20Nm, but 18 is close enough. I've had my rear two motor bolts, (under the chain stay) come loose and experienced the "crack" you describe.
Good news is I was able to get it working to some extent on both of my bikes. It looks like the update changed the registration number for the garmin. So I just used the garmin to detelct all sensors. I used that number to plug into the IQConnect app on my phone an resynced and it works! It...
Is anyone else having trouble with "Ebike Field" after the specialized firmware that came out this week?
I was able to connect one of my bikes, but the Bike identification number changed. I was able to identify the new number by going to "sensors" on the garmin where it found all the sensors...
At some point someone on these forums posted this nailpolish that turned out to be a 99% match to storm grey on my 2020 Levo. Hope this helps!

It actually looks better in real life than this photo:
Yes! I just did a ride on my '20 and the speed limited has been reduced from 20mph and stuck at 16mph. I am in the US. The circumference app is 88.78 Inches. I do not recall what it was, but the bike is definitely stuck at 16mph. (per my Garmin that only uses satellites)
@Specialized...
I would check out GorillaBrakes.com I use them on both of my Levo's 2019, 2020, sram, but they make shimano pads too.
I was literally blown away with the improvement over the stock sintered.
My '19 and my '20 Levo, 9000 miles between them, I've had 12 motors. Yes 12. They've lasted as long as 1200 miles, but the latest 3 motors went no more than 800.
Mind you I bought the '20 as a spare, and it's a good thing, cause Id be without a bike every month practically.

The e-bike version has 1mm thicker stanchions. The material is thicker. This translates into a stiffer unit. The fork uses 34mm tokens (green) to compensate for the thicker material. The stanchion itself is still 36mm OD.
