That was quite a while ago. Since then I've long since replaced the motor. It failed on the next ride. The new motor has been pretty trouble free after over 2000 miles.
The Roval Carbons for vibration mitigation and extra stiffness. Over 6000 miles combined on my 2 bikes. Have never needed to true them and had no issues. Replaced bearings on one set. (I also run cushcore) but keep my pressures at 16 & 18 psi
If you guys are in the LA area by chance. I have a spare rear roval off my 2019 comp. I'd be happy to give it to you. I couldn't imagine waiting a month to get my bike back. (I ride daily)

For me, I ended up getting a great deal ($650) on some Roval traverse carbon's for my 1st '19 levo comp. I bought a '20 comp and could feel the difference in the chatter mitigation so much that I ended up paying $850 for my 2nd set. Now both of my bikes have Fox factory and carbon wheels/bars...
In my experience about 100 miles after that happens, the motor has a catastrophic failure. You might want to get it replaced if your LBS is willing to do it before a total failure.
i usually ride right out of my house at 7am. Aliso Cyn, Mission Peak, East Cyn, Devil's Cyn, Rocky Peak, Johnsons, Mormon Cyn, landslides.....you name it I ride it if it's within riding distance from me.

Add some tokens to the shock. It will keep the shock the same up to the mid, then at the top ot will become much more resistant to bottoming out.
Not sure if you can get tokens for it, but that's the solution.
Get a hold of you local Specialized rep. Go to the shop where you bought the bike, ask for his email, let them know you want to ride. The rep will next day a motor for you, and the lbs should get it taken care of for you within a couple days tops.
