So I got a call back from my local service store, and he let me know that the new cover it NOT covered under warranty, and " it is also recommended that the motor mount be changed" as well since they would have to pull the motor out to replace the cover. The parts and labor are about $200...

I suspect it’s covered under warranty as is the case for my bike.

It’s $41 if you google the part number you’ll find a couple stores selling it.

I actually already have the sponge. hmm...I was under the impression that the new cover closes the gap? I thought that was the whole purpose?

Seasucker made for 2 bikes, but mounted on the middle. I called the manufacture to confirm. Works without any issue. Drove the bike 4 hours and it did not budge at 75mph
