These are the the Guide RE/Code:

Multi compound copper kevlar is the pad I went with
I have the Guide RE's on both of my Comps, I recently changed the pads after a combined 6000 miles to the multi compound from Gorillabrakes.com and I am beyond impressed by the stopping power and lack of fade. I figured for how inexpensive they are I would try them out in lieu of changing the...
I've had 7 motors replaced between my 2019 & 2020 Levo's over 6000mi. Im in the SFV. Most times it took 1-2 weeks, but during pandemic it took 4 weeks one time.
I found the Costa Mesa Specialized factory story. Made a call. Made an appt. and a sob story on how I've had 6 other motors...
I have the E-bike specific Factory 36 on both of my Comp Levo's. Just a little correction, the Damper is 36 and the airspring is 34. It's a Grip2 damper.
Not sure about the SL, but on my Comp's it's dream.
On both of my Levo Comp Mediums, the lowest I can go is exactly 40mm of protruding from the clamp to the bottom of the X-fusion ring.
Any lower would probably bind the dropper mechanism.
Sadly my friend I ride with has a 2020 Levo Expert, and he broke is 4th motor last week. That particular motor was manufactured in Jan 2020. When installed he was told by the specialized factory rep (Tanner) that installed that motor it was the "updated" belt and he can "ride with confidence"...
The tire diameter is known by the TCU. It also has a magnetic pickup in the rear wheel to count revolutions. From that it knows total distance travelled. Also, that pickup is used for speed, and with that the bike knocks off support at 20mph here in the US.
A caveat, if your motor was...
I use the Seasucker for 2 bikes to carry 1 Levo. I called them, it's designed to support 90Lbs. I attached it to my Model S that is all glass. Driving 75mph with no issues. You will also need inserts to support the front Axle...
The serial numbers look like these pics.
The second segment of the serial # 100XXXXXX, the X's represent the date code of the Motor. Any motor after Jan 2020 is the updated motor.
So it looks like the issue has been resolved as of the motors produced since Jan 2020. I have replacement motors in both of my bikes and all is good (so far)
I've tested other bikes, even the Decoy. I just love the Levo, not so much Brose. (I admin I am insane, no argument there)
Hopefully they will have it fixed as I'm sure the majority of owners are experiencing the same thing.
I get my bike back tomorrow. Took 3 days. (not bad) Shop...
Im 165 lbs. (75kg) I spin. I learned early on that grinding is bad for the motor. I ride hard, and a lot. I pretty much set almost every climbing KOM within 10 miles of my house. ( I live in the hills in north LA)
I still LOVE the bike, but I cannot get the belt to last over 700 miles anymore.
I ride 7 days a week about 140mi climb about 20k feet.
My 2020 purchased April 3rd and yesterday the belt let go.
The ride prior the motor was squealing.
I understand the latest motors have a new belt...
Yes I have the Fox Factory 36 160mm on both my '19 and my '20 Levo.
Edit: Sorry I didn't read to the end, you are looking for Double Crown.
Stop reading here.
Keep in mind though more than 160mm travel will void your warranty and also would probably change your Levo Geo enough to make a...
