Long wheelbase vivaro for me too. Only slight mod, is some pre made shelving on one side. Most trips are with 2 or 3 people and bikes and it's just about big enough fully loaded. Made sure I got one with air con this time, as previous van was an oven in the summer.
be careful of the milkit valves, first off they are no use if you intend to use any insert and second, one of mine only lasted a day, before it tore itself apart inside the wheel. it was only hand tight.
i will need to just give it time and yes its partly due to going from, magic mary 2.8, to minion 2.5 wide trail. or from 70mm wide, to 65mm and a lower side profile too.

I have a 125mm reverb with 1× under bar remote and it will fully insert but that's the max it will take. So far I have been getting on well with it and really like it. Like bassy said, if you need more ,the one up looks like it will be your only option.
My thoughts were that the new batch of later motors had something different done to them, unless it was just at the top end of accepted tolerances, maybe 10% either way.
