Is there a point, where a healthy diet isn't?

The calorie is king. As far as weight gain/loss it you burn more than you consume then you will lose weight, no matter whether it's fat, protein or carbs.

The racks on the floor of my LBS are full! Full of bikes awaiting service.

    Another off grid charging question

I would not assume this at all. A great many people are still using lead acid batteries which should only be discharged about half. Also, assume a 15% loss in the inverter.

Levo Gen 2 LBS’s too busy to service bike under warranty. Anyone else?

Why does it have to sit at the bike shop for 3-4 weeks unti they can get to it. Can't you get it on the books and bring it in the day before they're ready to work on it?

    Review 2020 Felt Redemption 50

The underneath battery and that rubber flap are two of my few gripes with this bike. The flap covering the charge port doesn't seem very tight and it collects mud like it's going out of style. would be nice to have a cover for the hole if you want to take the battery out and travel with the bike...

Have a feeling I won't be riding my bike any time soon >.>

Unfortunately I'm on the disabled list, too. Had a hard fall resulting in a rotator cuff injury 3 days ago. Unable to life my arm due to the pain and doctor has ordered a MRI, but actually noticed a little bit of improvement this afternoon. If I see more improvement in the morning I'm going to...

    Cramping. Help!

Thanks, but I do use the sports drinks. I've been taking Magnesium Oxide tablets all week and they seem to be helping. I went on a big ride yesterday and only had some slight cramping twinges last night.

Buying a bike that rides great but looks horrible

I didn't exactly love we looks of my bike when I ordered it, especially the colors, but it ticked off all my other check marks. I've grown to love her, though.

Protecting the motor from water when Decoy is on car bike rack

I know, right? I always laugh at their unscientific tests, they're so meaningless.

Protecting the motor from water when Decoy is on car bike rack

As to GMBN, it must be hard continuing to come up with new content as much programming as they put out. I'm noticing that a lot more, lately, and watching a lot less. Get tired of all the paid-promotions, too. Some promotions are stated and some are just obvious.

Protecting the motor from water when Decoy is on car bike rack

It doesn't really claim to protect the motor from water, though it might help.

If a van isn't practical there are also small, enclosed trailers which a lot of vehicles can pull.

Yes, when I first saw one I wondered where I can could get "Danger! High Voltage!" stickers.
