I def changed a lot to my Rise H. Every part of my H15 was swapped but here are the geo-centric upgrades. 170mm Zeb Ultimate, DHX2 Factory 8.5x2.5 in the rear. -1.2 degree 9point8 SlackR headset, 1 offset bushing on a full 29er. 165mm xt cranks. I do ride a ton of rocky terrain in NorCal...
Check out Sprindex. They have a 340-380lb Adjustable spring which is basically 380lb. Spring with 20% progressivity that can be adjusted down to 340lb in 5lb increments. Also has a 390-430lb Adjustable spring which is basically 430lb, with 20% progressiveness.
I'm just under 6' but have a really long torso and shorter legs. Always felt cramped on bikes until they started getting longer. Prior to modern geo, I had to ride mediums as ST's were always too tall for my legs and bikes felt ok seated but standing was near impossible as I felt over the bars...
That would be shocking and unheard of redoing a new model after 1 year.....unless they do a firmware update to increase efficiency or power if they feel they can't compete w/ Specialized new SL which I'd be surprised if they admitted that. E-mtb wise only thing that would be interesting would...
I used to get a ton of saddle pain. I run Specialized Power saddles on all of my bikes for the last 5 years. I prefer short nose saddles. I do use a chamois but have no issue riding as long as 4-6hrs.

Trying to get real world numbers. If I order a CFR and I cant set it up, thats a big waste of time. If it sets up @ greater than 50psi over body weight, I wouldn't order. It does run a Float X but unsure if they changed to a factory spec tune.
My H15 had a creaking issue solved easily by using Loctite 638 on the Main Pivot axle. I swapped wheels instantly but a friend had 2 failed Chosen hubs b4 getting warrantied with a new Shimano hub, another friend has 2k miles on his original shimano hub. I have an H15, & friends have an H30...
Hope nothing else rattled loose. Congrats on the fix, glad it worked out for you. If something else goes wrong.....Just don't tell Trek about the impact driver and warranty will be perfect.
