Awesome launch video! Loved it.
I am very interested for two big reasons.
-700kw vs. competitions 500. 40% more capacity cannot be ignored.
-Brose motor is near silent. It's just nice to be stealthy and although the Shimano whir is fun it is not incognito.
Thanks for posting and more importantly for actually giving some details!
Sounds pretty great overall and I love that there is room for a water bottle in front triangle.
Will a 29" wheel fit in the rear? My mind isn't completely made up on plus setups but I've found that the width hampers...
At least in Fox forks the dual position (Talas) creates two additional points of friction as well, so overall performance is reduced.
It's a nice idea to have a travel adjust fork but it solves a problem that doesn't exist with good bike setup and climbing technique and it's oh so easy to...
Thanks.
Total bummer that 29 R does not fit on Kenevo. I'm not at all sold on plus. I have yet to try 27.5+ with Cushcore insert and I think that could make a difference but as long as I race Enduro I want my other bikes to feel similar to my race bike which is a (and always will be) a 29er...

He makes custom bags. Mine was for a Yeti SB5.5 but it has fit on the Commencal, my Specialized Enduro 29, etc. Great bit of kit.
Okay, was just curious.
Yes there is room for a small frame bag in the front of the frame triangle. I have one for that area that I use on many bikes and when I demoed the Commencal it mounted there quite well on a large frame. Had a tube, pump, energy bar and tool in there.
I had the Pivot overheat when climbing a 2k ft climb about 1200ft in when climbing in trail and boost mode whilst demoing it. Point is that integrated batteries can also have issues. Look at the new Haibike and how it has the ram air scoops for battery cooling.
Kernow, where on the Commencal...
Nice, but bummer about the dropper cable.
The shifter has two mounting holes so you should be able to shift it in or out. I always have to move my Sram shifters outboard with the matchmaker setups.
Awesome! Glad to see you still at it and you will love your new ebike. Just distills the mountain biking experience to more fun overall. No longer is 80% of the time spent climbing.
Another vote for CushCore front and rear. Definitely makes a world of difference in feel but also in rim protection and I'd say flat prevention as well.
I never ride without first checking air pressure with a known gauge, for me that's my trusty SKS.
I demoed a Meta Power 29 direct from Commencal US here in CO and connected the with the E-tube app (yes read the bad reviews) and it worked just fine. Updated firmware and noticed no difference. Had a few issues with connecting and PIN but just bad coding I think.
Enjoy the bike! I loved the...
