I have done the Long Mynd a couple times now. Great fun on my e bike. Take the off road route from the end of valley then go to the right and up and over the rock garden to the top. Minton Bach and route 9 are good descents.

When I rotate crank on first turn it feels seized. When I press through the seize the crank runs smoothly. I have taken rear wheel off so nothing to do with mech. It only does it if left over night and used next day. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi. I bent my drive side crank arm like in the picture. I cant find anywhere that does a replacement, even the UK distributor doesnt have one on its web site. Any sugestions where I can get a Praxis replacement or equivalent?
