I had the battery come loose. It didn't fall out just rattled. I later realised that you need to tighten the torx screw so it maxes out to the point that you hear it clicking. You cant over tighten it as its not designed to be over tightened.
I used some old inner tube to protect the frame where the mudhugger mounts. I then sanded down the contact point on the mudhugger as it was not completely flat. When attaching the guard to the bike I used all the zip tie slots as tight as I could on both sides of the guard. It works great for me...
70 miles on my Reign e+2. The auto mode sometimes surges if used on the flat or slight gradients. But I noticed it worked well for me on very steep hills with slippery roots. I was able to ride over them and not have to power surge through and spin up the wheel like it would if in Turbo mode.
Just an update on this. The bike shop fixed the not powering down issue. Now it has a new fault where intermittently when I power up the bike the display will fully illuminate both rows of lights and no motor assistance is available. It will stay like this until I pull the battery. So it's back...
I received a call today from the bike shop. The mechanic said water had got into the on/off switch.
He dried it out and has applied Neogel to the connectors and the on/off display. No error codes reported on the computer.
He thinks it will be ok now. Finger crossed!
I have been riding very muddy conditions. Only done 2 rides covering about 20 miles. Hosed the bike down twice with hose on sprinkler setting and low pressure. I wouldn't say there is excessive water behind the battery cover but there is sign of some water spray.
Dropped the bike off to get it...
First problem on my Reign e+ 2.
It won't turn off. I have to pull the battery to shut it down. I'm going to my lbs where I bought it from to get it sorted. I have attached a video of the problem.
Hi.
I managed to snap the battery plate that is attached to the motor on my wife's Cube Stereo Hybrid 140 2018. The bit with the hook that secures the batter to motor. Before I start fiddling with it I just wanted any advice as to how I can replace it. Is it a motor removal or can it be replaced...
I agree with this. The app requires a Internet connection to view data on the battery and to tune the motor. Its ridiculous as the very nature of these bikes means we could be without a signal. We need to be able to see all the data from the bike without a signal on the phone.
There is a bug in the app that won't let me see how many miles the bike has done. It will only show it in kilometres even though I have selected imperial.
I have had a Quest 1 and Quest 2 for two years now and can't go back to flat screen gaming. Love the immersion of VR. I got my vr legs some time ago so motion sickness is not an issue. Flying an x wing in Star wars Squadron upside-down and barrel roll is awesome. We are only on the first gen of...
