Thanks for sharing your experience @RickBullotta. Removing motor and battery is something I want to do just to get to know my Rise a bit better. I bought few tools (Parktool BBT-69.2, SHIMANO TL-FC39) to remove the crank. Did you need any special tools to remove the crankarms, such as crank cap...

Ordered the xd compatible freehub to try my stump’s sram axs 10-52 xx01 groupset on the rise, keeping the stock raceface wheels. + cane creek spacer (30.9 to 31.6mm) to try my Levo’s axs reverb seatoost. Nothing wrong with m10 stock but I love Axs smoothness and clean cockpit. Will report back...

Am 1,76 (5’9.5) and really can’t decide between M and L. Reading this post I am spot in-between. I own a levo 2017 and stumpjumper 2020 both Large which both fit me well but the rise seem a larger bike. Will test ride a M this coming weekend, let’s see. Great forum
Hi everyone, I ride a turbo Levo 6fattie in the French alps in haute Savoie since 2018 (plus a stumpjumper 2020) and am loving both bikes. Great forum and happy to start contributing.
