It should not make any different - the speed is measured at the rear wheel - I have a 38T on my Gen3 - Same cut off speed.

My port fell of 9 month ago - have ridden without it in any kind of weather There is still double sealing at the plug - so no water ingress at all Have also been riding without the chain guide for 900 miles with no drop of the chain :cool:

The Alloy Comp comes with the 700wh batteriy - I get 40-50 km out off my 700wh - Sometimes 50-60 km I have the Mastermind on my S-Works - don't know about upgrading the TCU

The 38t fits my S4 S-Works 😇
