I bet air is also a problem as with that kind of pressure the small bump would suck. Most are not rated for that kind of weight. I suppose you can always have a custom spring made.
I have a pair of Roval Carbon 30mm rims with DT Swiss Revolution Spokes. DT Swiss hubs.
They have a rider limit of 109KG which puts them below the total rider and bike weight of my setup and im wondering if they are worth using on my Kenevo?
Id need to change to the 20mm boost axel on the...
Im not too concerned really. Spesh seem to be honouring motors well in to the 3rd year. I cant seem me not upgrading by year 3.
What i will say though, my motor is not quiet and i can feel the resistance of this motor when it cuts out.
Coming back the bike. How have you managed with shocks before as 130kg is usually beyond the weight most shocks function correctly. I don't think I have even seen a 700lb spring let alone a 750.
No I didn't. Are you seeing things that are not there?
It got confusing because half way in the conversation spag mentioned springs. There is also a debonair upgrade for the airspring which I wanted to be sure he wasn't referencing with the upgrade to the boxxer.
Thanks for coming in and...
You can change the shim stacks inside. Im guessing asking SRAM they will tell you what order to put the shims in. I think it comes with a medium tune as standard
Well you are a big rider and they say the 40 is more suited to big riders. But realistically I'm not sure what you would gain for the insane cost.
Boxxers still win the world Cup. Just need to upgrade the damper. Then you have a boxxer ultimate.
I really like the dual crown boxxer. The...
The bike is niche and bike shops are going to be heavily discounting them soon. Specialized made a mistake because they thought people would pay more for 40% of the power and 50% less battery capacity. £12,000 for the Founders and £11,000 for the S works proves they totally misjudged the market...
I know they can, peak power is rated at 560w i think, The video shows the bike hitting 700w+
I changed from Shimano because i felt the motor was underpowered. Im pretty sure the Brose is significantly more powerful as i fly up fire roads past Shimano bikes now and also a Trek Rail with the...
Im not reluctant to learn. Far from it, i was merely pointing out that most people think these motors are limited to 250w continuous. I have long believed there is more to it. I have not researched the regulations so i dont know how strict they are. But as you say above, its interesting that...
