Well, my days with the Shuttle SL are over. Owned for 102 days and it was at the shop several times waiting for direction from Fazua for half of those. Maybe I just got a bad one. The owner of the bike shop wrote me a check for what I paid. Stand up operation! Great bike when it was working but...
Took a deep breath and just performed the firmware update. Riding in a couple of hours and will report back. Here is a link to the write up from emtb-news.de...
Ugh! The joke around my bike shop is Fazua is the new 'F' word. So sorry to hear about your troubles Doggy. Just picked my bike up today after being in the shop for 3 weeks. Like you, I was losing assist every 5 to 10 seconds. Did it for 6 miles and then cleared up for the next 6. On a ride the...
Glad you were able to get your bike up and running! Seems absurd to me that us, as consumers, have to go through this. Especially for what they're asking for these bikes. Hope your future riding is trouble free.
Those of you that have pulled the trigger on an LT how do you find the sizing? I'm 5'7" 32" inseam. On paper seems the medium might be a tad large. I've seen Loam Wolf's sizing comparison on this bike and wanted to get some real world thoughts as well.
Well, that didn't last long. After the torque sensor motor recalibration was performed on my Shuttle SL the same no assist issue came back within a couple of minutes. Plus, now there is a grinding for about a half second after you stop pedaling. I'm guessing new motor time. Not real convenient...
I've got about 100 miles on this bike. Today the assist started cutting out with no apparent pattern. Was constant for the first six miles or so and then returned to working as expected for the next six. Fully charged battery, cadence was 70 to 90, level ground or inclines made no difference no...
It's great Bosch finally gave riders the ability to fine tune the different assist modes. I have also ridden a lot of ebikes with Brose and Shimano systems. I would say the Bosch motor is the punchiest and the Brose is the smoothest with the Shimano somewhere in between. As far as handling the...
I think the 9.8 XT is the best bang for the buck in the Rail line up. I haven't suffered from the rattly battery but my understanding is they have an update to fix that.
Was excited to go on the maiden voyage today. The excitement didn't last long as when I got to the trailhead I pushed the power button and just a red and blue light. I've had several Levos over the years so proceeded to check the battery connection. Made sure contacts were clean, checked cable...

Installed the update seamlessly using the Flow app. Put my Rail through it's paces this morning and all functions as it should. Mileage was spot on with my Garmin.
My friend and I both have 2022 Rail 7's. Great do it all bikes! We have both noticed a rotational noise in the Line Comp 30 rear wheel. Sounds like a cut tire knob flapping noise but neither of us see any damaged knobs. Increases with tire speed. Wondering if it could be in the hub or . . . . . ?
Anyone experience this on their '22 Rail? I have about 120 miles on it and it seems when the motor heats up, like on a climb, there is a soft clunk noise at the crank 5 o'clock/10 o'clock positions. You can also feel it but it's subtle. When I start back downhill it disappears. Didn't notice...
