Hey all. Just got a 2022 Heckler 29 S build. The bike turns on and runs fine but the power switch doesn't light up. I've had other bikes with Shimano EP8 motor systems and it does. Perhaps a setting in the Etube app or . . . . . ?
Specialized is telling my shop they've never heard of that problem, just bikes that suddenly shut off for various reasons. I feel bad for the shop people as they're all stand up folks that have always been very helpful and friendly.
I was stoked to find this bike actually available. Things have gone downhill quickly since it arrived at the shop. The problem is the bike won't shut off. They have done all kinds of diagnostic tests per Specialized and been in touch with the factory troubleshooters with no solution. Any of you...

I ride regularly with about a half dozen guys, some with more than one Levo/Kenevo. We've only encountered one failure in the last two years of riding.
Appreciate that. I'm trying to keep a positive relationship with my local dealer. He's pulled some rabbits out of the hat on other bikes over the years but lost his "inside guy" at Specialized.
Hey all. Looking at a Heckler MX and wanting to get feedback on the EP8 with a 504wh battery in terms of range. I realize there's LOTS of variables involved. Weight is 160 lbs geared up. Most of our group rides are 20-25 miles and about 2500 feet of elevation gain. Mainly trail mode in stock...
