142mm is a thru-axle width. 141 is a quick-release width. Hope does have QR adapters for their hubs, but you'd have to contact them regarding the width.
For SRAM, you need a GX, X01, or XX1 cassette to fit the freehub. Garbaruk and e*thirteen also make XD cassettes.
Most 12 speed chains will work, but the SRAM X01 seems to have the best cost to longevity ratio. Other people have their own favorites.
The chainring brand depends on your preference.
The CCP-44 is the same as the CCP-22, but with a larger snap-on adapter to accommodate the ISIS type spindle on the motor; yes, it works.
While you're at it, get the BBT-18 and make sure the chainring nut is torqued to 25-30Nm.
