It seems few people are buying SLs now.
There's loads more of them on fleabay than any other e-bike, and many of them have been on there for ages.
The only one that I've seen actually sell was a carbon one with 700 miles on it and it only sold for £3500 with only a few bids, 2 bids I think...

Sorry, but no one feels the need to have a smaller handlebar control? The new KIOX is hugly, bulky and redundant in features. A huge disappointment for someone like me who loves a minimalist setup and little exposed to breakage in the event of a fall.
I...
Does anybody know if production of the current spec stuff is going to end with this update?
So will any bike company selling Bosch powered bikes either have to stop production or change their bikes to suit the new battery dimensions if the current product is ending?
It's not unlike 'performance' cars; everybody admits to enjoying a lighter car more, but then they go and buy some bloated, numb, ill-handling dogpile because it has a bigger number in the 'power output' box.
Audi RS# are prime examples.
Simple question really, does anybody know when the new batches of bikes will be coming through?
Also, does anyone know anywhere in the UK to get a demo ride on one?
I've had the same issue just recently. I reset it and it did it again, three times; red light and L2 on, App diagnosis says 'motor fault' but nothing more specific than that.
Went to my LBS where I bought it from but the were no fault codes present when on their system. I had a ride around and...
Or maybe none that you're yet aware of? And even if it hasn't, doesn't mean that it won't.
I hadn't had any problems myself either. But the LBS is literally around the corner from my workshop and just about every time I'm in the shop, which is very frequent since the whole family are cyclists...
It is a daft bit of design.
Ours hang in racks on the garage wall, so they naturally drain from the well at the bottom of the shocker after a wash.
The washing instructions from Giant shows that you should stand it up on the rear wheel and bounce off the water.
As for water ingress, you'll be...
Previous to the last firmware update, my bike wouldn't turn back on after resting for about an hour. It was especially annoying when you stop somewhere for lunch because I had to keep going to turn it back on after fifteen minutes, just to make sure that it wasn't off for an hour.
You could make...
The wife's bike (2020 trance e) has 203 tecktros but I noticed that the pads hung over the edge of the disk so I fitted the caliper adapters for a SRAM 200 disk and that improved it.
Mine has always whined louder than my ex wife.
Doesn't seem to be getting any louder though.
It's actually handy when riding in a group because they can hear where I am. Glass half full eh?
My current wife has the same bike and you can barely hear it at all.
@scooby82r have you had any issues with your Bike? I've just ordered the XR.
Currently I have a Giant Trance which has needed quite a bit of effort to keep the water out (but, fingers crossed, it's been golden of late)
I'm up from you in soggy Rossendale. :)
The cramped space is why I swapped for the thinner and more flexible DR25 on the wife's bike rather than keep the loose vinyl sheath or regular heatshrink that's pretty stuff.
Agreed, that's actually what I was getting at but I didn't make it clear.
The speed limit will be editable in the file, just as the wheel size is. It's very likely that maximum outputs will be tunable too, and you can guarantee that the bikes in competition will be modified in that area if the...
