I can't see any updates on the firmware page for any expansion of this to other manufacturers (e.g. Shimano!). Can anybody confirm whether this is still limited to the subset of Giant and Specialized?

Does anybody know if the 630wh battery will fit in the 2021 e160 500? Contemplating the 500 and then adding the larger battery at a later date, but wasn't sure if it will fit / is supported.

Sorry, I meant in the Merida forum in general, and even wider "online" for that matter. On paper I think I'd prefer the handling characteristics of the 140, but have an eye on residual values and if the 140 is not very common then may lead to lower resale value down the line.
