We got the first snow here in friday. Nothing left in the city, but in the mountains there are still some left. Did 33km,trails quite slippery, only fell once, but it was fun.

3 Celsius / 37F, very foggy weather, but had to test my new Fox 38 out. The grip x2 definitely a big step forward, but after the fox 40, the 38 chassis feels very flimsy...
Looking down at the beautiful Budapest! :D
Leaves, leaves everywhere.....
Our Parlameint building
No problem.
We all have to keep in mind these corporations are not our friends, and not here to help us, and they will do anything to increase the profit. ( legal or illegal, doesn't matter, if they feel , they can get away with it....like the dieselgate, they scammed the whole world for...
There are different USB keys for the Bosch services, and for the factorys. With a factory USB key, you can change the motor configs OFFLINE, and make changes like drastic wheel size change.
You are not even correct on what i said, but never mind....
I deleted the comment because it seems there are Bosch shills on this forum......
Your motor will not bricked after three 504 error (not smart system). You can delete the error with the official sofware as many times you want. This 3...
Torque is turning force, not power. It's quite miss leading to advertise these motors with only the torque number.I'm not surprised you are confused. Ep8 85nm and bosch 85nm doesn't feel the same, because torque is not power.
Check my attached image from a gen4 bosch motor. The peak power...
It's possible to make custom airshaft for FOX40 ( cut down the oem shaft), you can go as low as 160mm. Fox 40 29inch version lowered to 180mm has 578mm axle to crown length, which is pretty close to your current one.
When I had problems with oem Fox dpx2 on my bike, they repaired two times in a 3 month timeframe in warranty, and said, it's my bike what making the shock fail, and it will do that again and again, because of the high rear suspension loads to the relative small stroke of the shock.
The third...
Finally we got some sunny 15+ degree celsius weather, did a 62km trip in the local woods. The new fork feels amazing,I will never go back to single crown fork.
I don't think so i will. This solution gonna need some development to be able to sell to peoples. Like sourcing good guality cables (i used some i found in my shop), connectors. I butchered my purion, cut out half of the housing, drilled holes into it, so its slim, easy to fit, i wouldn't sell...
As I know there is no solution to reset it at home. Any bikeshop who has the Bosch service dongle, can reset it,and set the next one to a higher mileage.
My bike has a gen2 engine, I'm using the old Redped module.
You also have to disassemble the E7000 switch, and solder wires directly to the switches, because it's using the 3 wire resistant switching method originally.
I dissasembled a cheap used (around 50euro) purion, soldered wires directly to the switches on the pcb,and used a shimano E7000 switch for mode selecting, and installed a small switch under the toptube, to power the bike on. I placed the purion inside the frame.
I have a bluetooth capable...
