Out of curiosity I tried putting on a 29” rear wheel on it. This is a 29” Maxxis Ardent Race 29” x 2.2. I don’t think a more aggressive tyre would fit but this would do non-muddy conditions I reckon.

The Fox service guy explained that yes, there are ebike-specific Fox forks but normal ones are fine for ebikes. He said "I bet your the Fox 36 Rhythms on your Canyon Spectral ON 6 are non-ebike." He was right.

I just bought my wife a Neuron ON AL 5.0 for £2500 which i think is a bit of a bargain in the emtb market. I have a Spectral ON 6.0 myself and i couldn't be happier with it. Fantastic bike with great components which I also picked up for £2800 6 months ago.

Hi All, Just took delivery of a Spectral ON 6.0 and I'm very pleased with it. On my first ride I did notice that when in Boost mode the power cuts in and out regularly and i was only doing about 9kmh. Anyone experienced this? Should i go back and read the manual? THanks in advance, Ian
