Try this: 1. Download the eTube app and launch it 2. Turn on the bike and immediate connect the app (you only have about 15 seconds for the bluetooth to connect) 3. Once connected see if the app recognises the battery.

You can’t do that if you use the official Shimano app. However Stunlocker will let you change the speed setting if you get the full version. I haven’t tried it tho.

Hi, You don't have to. When i changed my cable, i used the existing outer cable and just put a new inner one in.

This is my Spectral:On with 29" wheels on it. The tyre is a 29" Maxxis Ardent Race and as you can see the clearance is small so I don't think it would take a more aggressive tyre like a Minion DHR.

They're not actually, my wife has a Neuron:On with 29 wheels and this is the clearance (see pic) with 29" Hans Dampf tyres on it.
