At first I thought it was brilliant , then I set off on a big mileage ride ( 35+ miles and 4K+Ft) climbing, ran out about 3 miles from home, luckily it was mostly down , but the last 20% was very little assist( felt like just eco)!

As regards making a Emtb lighter for low/little expense , I’m pretty sure that the bike manufacturers wouldve explored this ,cos if for say e.g, £500 extra (with their buying power) they could offer a sub 22kg bike, wouldnt they pretty much ALL be sub 22 Kg ?? ??♂

I for one, bought my spesh kenevo for the no frills cockpit arrangement, simple ➕&➖ ! If I wanted a display I would buy a stupid iPhone mount and plonk it on the bars ( yes we’ve all seen em)!
