From my experience i suggest you look at Giant, very reliable.

In the last 3 years i read so many problems about the Shimano even free i would stay away. Look at Giant if you like reliable.

Over the years i feel upgrading a bike is not my top option. I prefer to upgrade the rider and all bikes are better. RIDE. More hours in the saddle is my # 1 solution. I enjoyed some Suntour, Fox, SRAM, Giant and even a bike with no stickers.

I would suggest 2 NB if you can find them. Soon with winter over i will be on 2 DHF. Ask riders around, what works here might not work in your area.

I loved the Rekon 3c i had for rear. I would suggest the Nobby Nic for front.

I started riding Yamaha Ebikes 3 years ago. My system has 5 lights so each morning i start at 5 lights, full charge. From hundreds of days my observation is i receive about 22% of the potential on each of the firtst 4 lights. My last is time to reach home, maybe 10-12% of the full potential.

For rear my suggestion is Rekon 2.4 2c lots of PSI. I read some like it for front also but in my area i would suggest nobby nic in front.
