I agree my transmission is a 10 S 36 front. I guess the 32 front are for when the assist does not work.
My 11/46 is great but i never use the 11 so i use 13/46.
Why do you use a 10 or 11?
Well i keep riding trouble free on Giant/Yamaha.
Maybe it is because i never wash, i just wipe off the excess,
maybe they are more reliable or maybe i am lucky.
Good luck finding a bike you enjoy and is reliable
I understand your point. But if unlucky a strike might = a fall
a fall might = boken bike and or broken rider. At 64YO i try to ride safe
to ride every day. I do not mind racheting on the flat but racheting
going uphill is not much fun for me.
I am almost an expert on the subject.
OK i do not have a car so i ride close to home.
Mostly they are dogs trails. They are name after dogs and i see lots
of dogs but few riders. Bad rocks are plenty, not the nice rock gardens to play.
A- short cranks, i went from 175 to 165 it was great. Last...
Real simple, adjust or ask your shop to adjust your derailleur so you are never on the smallest cog.
It is useless, no Ebike needs 12 S 10 or even 9 is plenty.
Again and again they are selling dreams.
Bigger # = bigger price, it works for them.
Some say the 750Wh do not deliver,
some say the 250-300Wh extenders do not deliver.
Who did a smart review and warned potential buyers?????
I guess when they pay those crazy prices they live in a different planet.
I am happy with my 4,000$ Ebike so i might call myself lucky.
I have a 9.5K xc so they are different bikes.
They are just playing with your heads. I remember some years back batteries were 400Wh and
the new 500 was welcome. Than the 625 was welcome and the 700....
They are going back to the 400Wh you were happy to leave in the past.
Hahahahahaha . . . . . .
At least half of the readers could loose 5...
It sounds a bit confusing, you talk about med and xl i will give my opinion on that.
The shorter the better. It is easy to put a longuer stem for a few $.
I would use only from 300 meters. This is money wasted.
The more u wash the more problems U create.
I just use a dry rag to take off the excess.
Guess what?
I never experience any problem.
A- do not believe bikes limit riders it is about skills.
B- You might look at Giant/Liv the Stance is very affordable and very reliable
or some other from them.
I agree that the **full potential** is different than the real life potential.
I think a problem is marketing. To sell they went from 50nm to 70, 75, 85nm.
I am no engeneer but if a system is more powerfull it burns more energy.
The small 1270cc motor from a 1980 Toyota Tercel needed very little...
