In the videos there are two wires to plug into the side of the motor and the third plugs into the battery. I have not seen a video over 30 minutes at regular speed (no skipped parts or fast forwarding) but it is good to know the range of time. Thanks for the details…
My wife and I own and really enjoy light weight ebikes. I am currently w/o my ebike as the spindle broke and in warranty limbo so riding my new analog bike… I can do everything with it that I can with the ebike only slower. When you go slower the ride becomes more technical and you get to...
Let us know how they work out as they are really cool looking… I have I9 hubs and the high engagement really helps in the tech areas… gives more confidence in my ability to balance at slower speeds
Estimated labor time for EP8 swap at a certified dealer? I would do it myself if they would let me and still be warranted.
Also, will Shimano want the broken motor back?
I tried the trick today where you roll the rear wheel backwards 3 times to see if the system would stay on and it worked! You have to make sure they are continuous.

The shop I purchased it from does not sell Orbea anymore and is in another state anyway... I am getting a motor from Orbea according to the LB since it has to be programmed down to 60nm max... Thanks for the tip on the dropper post/shift cables, I will have them look at it and...
My current status is that it looks like Orbea is replacing my motor and cranks but not clear yet if labor is going to be covered.. my LB has been very good about keeping me up to date on communication with Orbea. Hoping for the best but I don’t have the bike back yet…
Just did it for my wife’s M-Team and yes I go the double flashing red lights, powered down and back up, all better now… my M10 is getting a new motor because of the cracked spindle which completely busted off… I hope it is on its way from Spain by now
