My first response was to your original post where you measured 1.96 mm. That is 12% thicker than the Shimano production thickness of 1.75 mm. Even the 1.92 mm from above are almost 10% more. Those shops who sell Shimano disks and give a thickness in the description state that as 1.75 mm or round...
Are you sure about that measurement?
To my knowledge all new Shimano brake rotors are exactly 1.75 mm thick which makes them the thinnest rotors on the market.
I don’t know when you will reach the aluminium core, but you‘re probably nearly there.
For those two the standard value is center (0).
For max. speed and max. torque it’s all the way to the right.
The standard value is indicated with a small dot.
The Bosch help website is full of information. In this case watch the video from 2:23

That is a result of the import not being able to map the route onto known paths and that was the fault these last weeks.
When this happened the route was imported as track without navigation or eta info.
When did you try this?
There was a problem with the .gpx import function of the Bosch portal. This lasted for nearly 4 weeks and was fixed about a week ago.
Was not specific to Komoot and happened with any form of route upload to the portal/Nyon.
It now works again. For routes planned during the...
In general yes.
For some older motors there are 3rd party batteries available but not for any of the newer models.
Batteries on e-bikes use quite different specs by manufacturer - voltage is one spec that might differ. Also the BMS talks to the motor and therefore needs a compatible protocol...
Check this review: Light eMTB or just a lighter eMTB? The new Mondraker Dune Carbon in review
Yes, there is a 250 Wh extender available.
Remember, the Bosch SX needs very high cadence (100 to 130) to produce the advertised 600 watts for short bursts of a few seconds.
Probably due to the odd angle of view. Also the chain gap is measured with the shock in the sag position but my photo was taken without any weight on the bike.
Here is a very good instruction video from SRAM‘s YouTube channel. Measuring chain length starts at minute 3.
I checked the geometry...
According to the info I could find from Halfords this sounds like any other bluetooth heart rate monitor. I wonder why you didn’t get it connected.
There was one review mentioning the battery not being installed at delivery.
Did you get the strap to work with any other app on your smartphone...
That is a smart system bike.
In this case you can use all bt heart rate monitors that use the basic technology described in this Bosch FAQ: Which heart rate monitors can I connect to my eBike?
Most heart rate straps sold and many smart watches should work.
For the smart system you will need...
On some of those you can remove the lever from the thru axle by simply pulling it out. Then you have a standard hex (6mm) opening for your torque wrench.
The DT Swiss axle and the one coming on Scott bikes are quite common.
Can’t tell from the photo because the ‚old‘ non-smart motor looks exactly the same. How does your Kiox look like, or do you know whether it’s a Kiox (old) or Kiox 300 (new)?
Just to be clear, from your initial question I assumed you have a new bike with the Bosch smart generation motor.
If that is true, the correct FAQ from Bosch is this one: Can I connect my heart rate monitor to the smart system?
If you have an older system the link from a few posts earlier is...
Did you find a solution?
What bike is this, make, model, year? And what was the original drivetrain before you put the Shimano 12x plus SRAM AXS on?
For comparison I took some pictures from my bike. This is a pure SRAM AXS install with chain length checked by the SRAM method. Chain wrapped...
That won’t work.
The new capability uses a heart rate monitor connected via bt to the Bosch controller on your bike which in turn displays the value on the Kiox Display.
What type of transmitte do you have, is this a chest strap or something else?
Be aware that this will only display the...
You mean on this photo the chain does not go through the derailleur and around the two pulleys?
The B-Gap on the second photo is clearly much larger than 5-6mm.
Garmin Edge 1040.
Has superior GPS over Edge Explore 2 and larger display. Includes TrailForks capability and uses highly accurate Garmin enhanced OSM maps.
I gave one to my wife for her birthday and it is so much better than her old Explore, her iPhone with Komoot and my Bosch Nyon 2.
