When was the last time you tried this? I know the Bosch generated FIT files had a number of issues that prevented importing the data into 3rd party portals. Bosch had promised to fix that with an update to the Flow App. This was several versions ago.
I know that, but @sandyman44 and I talked about the Bosch eBike portal for pre smart motors. There you need to export a TCX file.
In your case with a smart motor there is no portal. You can export the FIT file and import that into Garmin connect to get all recorded data into Garmin.
You could skip one export step in your workflow.
The Bosch eBike portal has a function to export data from any recorded activity as a TCX file. No need to go through Strava.

To my understanding ebike-mtb is measuring electrical output and the others mechanical output at the chainring.
In their technical data Bosch states 600 W max motor power for the CX motors measured at the chainring.

You don’t need maximum rider input to reach maximum support (340%) in TOUR+ or eMTB.
For eMTB you’ll need about 170 watts, for TOUR+ you’ll need about 200 watts. Try those values a few times with all other conditions being identical.
If you work yourself up to max, say 500 watts or more...
TOUR+ supports from 60% to 340%, depending on rider input. This mode will need more rider input to reach high support levels than the eMTB mode which supports from 140% to 340%.

Then remove the unit from the paired bluetooth devices in your smartphone settings app.
At last add the new unit to your bike in the Bosch eBike Connect app and follow the steps to connect it...
