They have now closed my case with a comment that I will get my bike "sometime" in October ! I am not sure why they close the case before they have fixed the issue.
So folks the moral of this story is DO NOT BUY a YT Decoy. I have spent close on £10k with YT but they will not get another penny...

Hmmm, E10 is a System Error and could be anything. Other faults like battery or connection end up with an E10. My wifes Canyon got E20 (battery connection problem) that only stayed on the display for a second or 2 and then showed E10.
If you DO NOT get oil for the first few rides then the shock has not been assembled properly. I open mine up , clean and add oil every few weeks to keep it running super smooth. It also flushes dirt away from the seal increasing seal life.

Yep I hear you. 2 weeks for them to decide I needed to send the bike back, 1 week shipping, 4 weeks in workshop, 1 week back so at best I will have been 8 weeks without it.

I still had to send the bike back to Germany although the case is being handled by the UK guy. A dead battery and the whole bike had to go back to Germany with a 4 week turnaround once it got there.
A little update. YT said they needed the battery back but due to shipping regulations I have to send the battery back installed in the bike. I checked the regulations for battery shipping and this is in fact true !!! So the bike is back with YT.
I did ask how they will ship a spare battery...
The bike is fantastic to ride and a good price , but you do have to accept the limitations of YT support. On the positive side I had a motor problem and Shimano in the UK replaced it via my local dealer. I might consider a LBS for the next EBike however just to make life simpler.

Try cleaning the battery connections and charge port. This has always been my issue when I get E10. YT have no idea what to suggest apart from Return to them.
