When Spc. updated the motor they upped the Warranty from 2 to 4 years to attract people back. I am not sure if it is still 4 years. My wife is looking at a Spec. Creos and tells me it is only 2 years now same as the other major manufactures.

It will be interesting to see how the new Fazua motor gets on. Last one got a poor rep.

The S3 has a 150mm dropper which is to long for you. The S2 has a 125mm drop. Ask the bike shop if they will swop it for a 125mm version. If it is new they may be happy to do that as they will be able to sell the 150.

I wish people would not say a battery has X Whr of power. Watts are a measure of power, as in 250w output from motor. WattHour is a measure of energy stored in the battery. This causes a lot of confusion as people (some) think that a bike with a 900whr battery has more power than one with a...

In the real world carbon cranks are a waste of space. I have broken 3 sets on my normal bike and given up and fitted Hope cranks. On the EBike the weight saving is pointless. You are better with alloy cranks, so take the offer and say thank you.

After seeing the price of some of the EBikes now I looked at the price of electric motorbikes for a comparison. I know they are exactly not the same but apart from pedal cranks and cut-off software they would seem very comparable. There is a new Suron MX bike (full size) that will be £8000...

Mmm . Turbo up a steep hill really drains the battery. So it depends on the ride profile.

My E20/E10 errors turned out to be a failing battery.

To be fair only once in a year ;-) I have a spare battery on the way so I don't get caught out again.

I suspect they are waiting on a delivery of batteries. I have ordered a spare and been told it will come via the Mill in the UK and have not received it yet. I wonder if I got the last spare they had ?

That is your choice but it is also my choice to believe MY own experience.

I have ridden mine for a year in Scotland (winter and summer) and the paint is still good.

My guess here is the poor YT website updating. A few weeks ago that page said new stock in July until I pointed out that is was well past the date. I think website maintenance is as good at Customer Service at YT.
