Well done.
If your code contains decent windowing(to replace signal conditioning) for the input signal, it will work good.
The difficult part is now to get it automotive compliant, but I doubt if all those commercially available are.
That's why many of them start to fail after 3-6months.
If...
Problems could occur in the transition of turning the bike power on, such converter can draw current spikes then.
The converter I tested here for a few minutes worked fine, didn't have this issue.
The good thing of the gen4smart is that after a few minutes of non-activity, the power is switched off.
So no risk of long power leak when the lights (and/or a converter) are still on.
I mounted the toolbag to the saddle.
The front strap goes around the inner tube, no scratches or damage till now.
There's no other acceptable place on this bike.
Good to know there is competition now.
The people I know/came across all had this one (I think)

This one?
Hadn't heard of then yet.
Price seems a lot lower than the competitors.
Happy for you that it works well !
I had my motor out, found it well done on the inside.
Nothing wrong with the Headset cub in my opinion.
But this is my first carbon bike, nothing to compare it to.
That's like my Cube 160 27.5", except the front 29" wheel.
Then go for the Cube 140 29", but then you have less travel.
Sounds like you will have to spend another 800eur to buy an extra 29" 160/180mm front fork in both cases.
Yes Alu Hat, I'm payed by Smart system Speedbox,
but most of my income I get from Alex Jones to promote Chemtrails and Reptilians.
Weren't you the guy who was too stupid and/or lazy to tell how many wires the speed sensor on your unusual spoke magnet smart system has ?
Hey man, you are completely wrong, again.
That de-restricting device isn't on the network at all. Learn the basics please before spreading confusion and misinformation
