Badass box on Bosh smart system

Does anyone have experience with the Badass box on the Bosh smart system?
I have a bosh smart system with a spoke magnet. I would like to use the badass box.
Will it generate errors or does it work just fine?

I wonder if the existing rotor magnet must be removed and a spoke magnet used instead? It looks to me that the signal rate to the sensor is changed (rpm rate). Hence the AA battery which allows the speed box to be isolated. Btw, I’m not familiar with this at all. Looks interesting though but 40kmh is +8kmh more than what I have now.

This could be an interesting option to get 25% increase,
32 km/h is all we need.
