When I took mine apart to increase the travel, a small amount of oil came out the bottom. I never replaced or added any grease.
Since then I've been getting that soft springy squelchy sound on top out, or when I lift the front end. Was a definite hard knock before.
You need the Magura QM45 adapter for the 220mm rotor, but I'd only fit this to the front, way overkill and completely unnecessary on the back.
I went for the Galfer 223mm kit up front as well. Comes with all bolts required.
The pcs rc2 damper made a difference on mine too. As did increasing the travel by 20mm. I had a nasty top out sound before the increase, now its just a kinda creaking springy sound. Still using the 3 std air spacers as I run around 100 psi.
