Well they where pretty powerfull when I got the bike, and I came frame basic magura mt4 brakes. Lately the breaking performance is not as good as it should be specially when its wet.

It is possible. It is even possible on the old gen 2 motor. A friend has it and can make change assist level in modes on the Bosch gen 2

Probably gotta stay with shimano then. My cassette still looks good after 5400km

Those who got the x01 and xx1 cassettes, I wonder How long does the color last? Does it fade after a couple rides or How long does it take after it starts losing color. I don't use any stronger degreaser.
