Brakes - feel & long level throw.

Don’t get me started on the cable route! Was impossible on my Whyte e-150 using a cable routing tool but removing the motor cover was the key to success. Amazingly tight behind there!

    E-BIke Tow Ball rack

We carry 2 full fat eMTB’s on this easily. Can also fit a 3rd analogue MTB in the middle with its bars aligned along the top tube THULE VeloSpace XT 939 - 3 Bike Cycle Carrier

Brakes - feel & long level throw.

I’m a novice home mechanic, but am enjoying the learning curve. I watched SRAM’s bleed video, as well as GMBN and other pro mechanic vids to compare the process. I recently upgraded to the RSC’s and HSC rotors and after following the process from the vids and using SRAM’s bleed kit (much better...

    Hi from Guildford, UK

I’ve got a pan roof on my Golf and fitted Thule roof racks with no issue. Maybe worth a look. Although most of the time, I just take the front wheel off (29”), drop the rear seats and the bike fits perfectly - would think your Fiesta would have similar capacity

    Bike repair stands

I love this stand and I'm glad I spent the extra cash on a top of the range stand. It holds my Whyte e150rs (25kg) absolutely fine, even with the battery in. The stand is easily adjustable even when the bike is clamped and it can hold the bike inverted without fuss, although i prefer to remove...

    Can’t stop looking

It gets me excited as well. It looks like a proper weapon although 180 travel is a lot of bike! I also have a 150rs and absolutely love it. Have added a few upgrades, but I don’t want to let it go. Think I’ll have it forever. Either way, I’m a Whyte man all the way

    Waterproofing your ass?

I’m keen on your thoughts of the Deemax wheels. I’m thinking of upgrading to them

Well, today was one of those crushingly disappointing new bike days!

👏🏻 your LBS. Another great reason to shop local. Won’t get that level of service online!

    Waterproofing your ass?

Any 30,000mm water proofing rated pants should do the trick at keeping dry. I stumped up the cash for the Leatt 5.0 pants and they are bombproof. The Fox Defend pants only have a DWR coating, so you don’t stand any chance of keeping your butt dry from prolonged tyre spray. However, suggest you...

Anyone removed Thier Bosch gen 4 CX motor - t40 torx plus

I’m also having trouble rerouting a new rear brake hose on my e-150rs. When feeding the hose through attached to a routing kit, it’s jamming on something in the housing, although I had no issues pulling the old one out when attached to the cable routing kit. So I’ve a few questions I’m hoping...

    2022 Winter gear.

I’m really pleased with the The Leatt 2.0 Subzero glove. Keeps my digits warm whilst also providing dexterity and good grip. Absolute winner of a glove for me

    2022 Winter gear.

Absolutely rate my Leatt 5.0 pants from last season. They run small in size but I’ve found them to be totally waterproof. Tapered ankle with velcro straps stops water running in to the top of my equally waterproof Five Ten Gore Tex boots

    Broken chain on the trail.

Chain break tool works a treat on this!

    Whyte E-bike chain guide

Yep, and it works a treat. My cassette has worn too much for a new chain to mesh so had this installed with my old stretched chain before hitting Bike Park Wales and I’ve not had one issue. Needed the workshop to install for my lack of tools. It is a tight fit and a little fiddly to get it...

    2023 Whyte e160rsx.

It’s a lot of money, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable for the spec and given the increase in parts/shipping etc now. Look at the prices for comparable spec on competitor brands and Whyte offer great value. If I was to upgrade my e150rs (£5400) to this spec, it’d cost me more than the e160rsx...

    Show us your Whyte bits

I love the Uber pads. Contrary to Jamze’s experience, I’ve found them to have great bite and be long lasting. They had some noise for the first ride but once properly bedded in, no issues at all

Dare I ask? Ebike specific brake pads?

I find the eMTB Uberbike pads to be a marked improvement on all other pads I’ve tried. A bit more expensive but they wear well. And they’re blue 🤗

First ride out on a emtb.. have a big problem

Addictive it is! Welcome to the club. I was always an eMTB mode fan on my Bosch until I found it gave a little too much kick on the steep climbs and I struggled to keep the nose down, so I use Tour mostly now for climbs and eMTB for looping back up

Just joined and new to the forum. here are some pics of me and my bike/garage.

Photos of man caves will always take precedence over another Levo, but I’m pleased for you that you’re loving the Levo!

I’m Out , not only out but screwed ! 😱

I like to draw a long bath, light a few candles, grab a stiff drink and enjoy a good soak with my Bosch powered Whyte e-150rs after every ride. A little TLC and the Bosch never misses a beat! 👌🏻
