Had an error occur today. Middle led on left side blinking red, speed sensor.
Checked magnet was dislodged from its spot. Reinserted it and so far so good.
Are these magnets directional? Do they just sit in the black housing?
1 hour 15 minutes to 99% on bike. Seems about same as before update. Maybe taking battery off first charged cleared it?
The battery light indicator when I turned on bike went full then nothing then one by one till 5 bars never seen that before.
I bought a reign e+2 for 6100 dollars last year. The carbon version of my Ripmo AF is thousand dollars more. At least i got a battery and motor for that! Jokes aside this is an expensive sport but I love it anyways!
did the update. no overheating yet. charging on bike took 4 hours to get 20% more. took battery out charged as normal to 100%. No idea why the app would f up the charging stuff. Never had an issue before. Aside from app I love this bike, wuiet powerful and lovely on descents!
Question on battery life. I have the 22 Reign e+2.
I have 800 miles on it, 11 charge cycles and battery health is 99%. Had it for about year but only rode it about half that time due to injury.
This normal for miles ridden and time for battery to drop to 99%?
That weld is covered with filler material on the other side of the frame which is what is cracking not the weld itself.
The weld on new 2023 models is exposed and not covered with any filler as I assume it was because of the failed filler on some of the 2022 models.

Welcome! I am on Front Range near Golden. I love my ebike as the climbs are now as fun as the descents!
I looked the Alloy Comp too but ended up with Giant Reign E+2 as it was in stock and $6100.
I live in Jefferson county and is one of the main reasons I decided to get my ebike. Jeffco has some awesome downhill bike only trails with some monster climbs to get to them. I now do 3 or 4 runs vs 1 maybe 2. I think they did the right way with the pilot program. Allowed people to see if...
Thankfully my area is not only emtb friendly they have some downhill bike only directional trails and some other parks are odd days hikers and horses and even days bike only. It certainly helps with interactions. I see more diectional trails being proposed in my area.
