Yes it is the +1 which had the air E36. I live in a very rocky area (front range of Colorado) and I did not like how harsh the 36 felt on rocks and braking bumps. The coil is much smoother in the first part of the travel over small bumps and chatter and feels like it finds more traction as it's...
Look at the z1 coil...it is a very nice fork for the price and with the weight of the bike you won't notice the extra weight of the spring. It has thicker stanchions like the ebike fox forks so I think it's a good match for the bike. I believe it only adjusts from 160-180mm but can be easily...
Medium alum frame
super deluxe ultimate air
Does NOT fit with RE in place.
I did not go through the entire install process of installing the hardware but positioned the shock in place and there was very visible interference.
Your post on FB made me swap it over on mine....and the matte red decals and frame are almost a direct match, so it's like they were made for each other.
Installed some DVO. 160 onyx E1 and a Jade X . Got a test ride in before the storms came today.....the coil is nice and you can run the 185x55 to get a bit more travel. No frame clearance issues with the reservoir or the rocker.
The dirt was tacky so that helped with confidence but was able to...
Looking at shocks for the LEVO sl that fit with the RE. Its very difficult to search and see what fits. Hoping a specific thread would help new owners see what clears and help buying decisions.
Can you post a pick of your bike

In trying to install a 2021 fox 36 ebike fork (44mm offset) on a levo SL comp. The brake does not align anymore. Any idea of what brake adapter I might need?
Thanks
For those saying it's a small price increase, remember that specialized upped the MSRP only a few months ago mid year cycle on their bikes. A levo comp was 6500us and then went to 7500. If when we see and alum comp I'm guessing it will be 8000us which is a SIGNIFICANT increase over what the bike...
Coming from a moto background I thought $6k ebikes were ridiculous. But now that I have one and get the enjoyment and riding opportunities I do, the cost makes sense.....at $6-7k
However from a logical cost standpoint these prices are getting absurd. Compare to a modern 450mx bike that's around...
In a back to back of the trance and a cannondale moterra..(.Bosch) the yamaha motor is better and way more efficient. Orbea has a battery extender which is nice, so does the trance though.... No real experience with the orbea so only looking at what I know about the motors and software.
I have found that this bike back to back with a Bosch motor gets very impressive range. after hearing comments about how low the range seems to be on the new EP8 I would love to see comments on your experience with the efficiency.
My guess is it is a top performer up there with the levo.
I have the z1 coil on my 21 trance x....and really like it. On the new bike at least on the small frame the shock won't fit without the reservoir hitting the frame. They made just enough difference in shock angle for the 29" and the new STA that it no longer fits any shock with an extended...
That drag is exactly the reason to consider a derestrict. I hear the Ep8 has very little drag above cutoff so maybe in that scenario it's less of a concern
