All I know is the steerer tube on the Cube bikes are 56mm top and bottom
You've got the internal ròuting headset so can't suggest anything all I know is the tools I used to swap the headset out were these two tools didn't buy into park tools for these cos not really used that much
At 600 mies I replaced all the rear bearing on my Cube with endura max, greased and new seals on the drive shafts.
I slacken the head angle got good quality bearings in that now, forks and shock got the service xd cassette easy to service plus lve been waxing my chain which has cut down on chain...
If you look at the spec between small and medium the seat tube is 50mm shorter
If you look at the position of the rear Shock pivot, it seem 50mm closer to the top tube so I would say the seat tube is reduced on the small from the top
