Mine had that issue last year. Ended up with the bike being replaced, but my wheels/seat/bars/etc swapped to ne bike. New battery as well.
All has been good for 18 months/2000kms.
Understood. When I was looking I figured that the 105lb max capacity would work out as long as I always put the bike on the section closest to the car. Has been great so far.
Hmmm... I'd be all over the warranty ASAP.
There's likely not a lot you can do to service it yourself. My son bought the same bike and it's been great for over 1000kms.
What year/model is the Trance E?
Most had a Ridecontrol One, which has no screen, just buttons and lights.
That said, if the Ridecontrol One is no good then the bike won't run.
Have you tried removing the battery for an hour or so? Never heard of this prob and it sounds like the button is defective.
Methinks you'll need to get it replaced. What year is it? Still under 2 year warranty?
My Edge 530 displayed “wheel calibration” in the middle of a ride while recording said ride. I ignored it and forgot all about it. This was about 3 weeks ago.
Can't say I've noticed any changes, but I'm not tracking/displaying any power info. Speed and distance are fine.
