Issues with ridecontrol

Hello! I am having issues with my ridecontrol on my Giant Fathom E+3, the button to switch modes up doesn’t work at all. Does anyone in here know a easy fix for this? Now it’s stuck in one of the weakest modes and That’s too slow for me Thanks for the help..

Have you tried removing the battery for an hour or so? Never heard of this prob and it sounds like the button is defective.
Methinks you'll need to get it replaced. What year is it? Still under 2 year warranty?

bought it late 2020 so i guess the warranty ran out. I guess the only way is to Get a new one.

Check with your LBS first and make sure about the warranty date. Sooner the better if you're close.
