Thats should be a measurement or type error. My Levo gen3 in S3 delivers 149mm of vertical reartravel when using 55mm stroke. Measured with 2 inserted wires 210mm and 155mm mid-mid of the bolts.

I have it in my gen3 and it runs very good with MM tune and megneg aircan In your levo i would take the MM tuned SD Ultimate due to the fact that the gen2 has even higher leverage ratio than gen3. Best regards, Chris
