Finally:
Rides very good and still poppy enough in the Levo 👍
I ended with at 28mm sag, 550lbs spring.
87Kg rider weight inkl. gear.

I'm at planning the spring rate for my TTX22M which comes in this week.
With air i'm good at 28-30%. In theory i think the linear coil could need a few % less ?

Thats should be a measurement or type error. My Levo gen3 in S3 delivers 149mm of vertical reartravel when using 55mm stroke. Measured with 2 inserted wires 210mm and 155mm mid-mid of the bolts.
I have it in my gen3 and it runs very good with MM tune and megneg aircan
In your levo i would take the MM tuned SD Ultimate due to the fact that the gen2 has even higher leverage ratio than gen3.

I ordered exactly the same shock from Bike24 with the heckler tune, also with 0LL printed.
I think it is a custom very low tune. I putted it into a Levo 22. My rebound was 3 clicks from fully close initially. (85kg inkl. equipment)
I revalved it to Medium rebound and Medium compression...
It has 8mm Hardware bolts. The 2019 kit Number has 6mm bolts.
I used the FOX hardware incl. platic bushings in the Rockshox damper, which are rotating smoother.

After my X2 was completely blown after a few rides i replaced it. The X2 RX tune only has 1 less compression shim in the mainpiston stack compared to the standard light compression tune. This is an untypical very light compression tune for the high leverage ratio. I was not able to ride it...

Have you checked the bearing seat in the disassembled bearing cup ? when the cup is machined wrong, the bearing could reach the axial stop in the cup before the cone surfaces are getting into presscontact.

There's nothing wrong with loose bearings getting centered in the cone with axial force.
Check if the tension comes to the bearings. Sometimes the fork shaft is not shortened enough, sothat the tension from the setbolt from topcap or miltitool spanner doesn't clamp the...
There is no headset play when tightened correctly sothat the bearings are
compressed axially.
The radial gap you observed is normal at bearings with a cone seat.

Having the zeb on front i am only waiting for a shock with 57.5-60mm travel at 210mm (which is not available actually) to upgrade to 170/160.
