I bought a stumpi Evo 22 exactly by the same reason. Levo was so good.
I run bith with Mullet and same suspension. Feels good and at higher speeds very comparable.

There's a bushing or sleeve in the bearing of the swingarm which also connects to the frame. The motor and the motorbracket has to get out before the bushing be punched out to the inner side when i remind me correctly.
1.5Kg o_O this is not so less... But yes, you're right i'm now on an alloy Levo and very happy, nearly no difference in handling when over 20km/h. but perhaps i can't resist to build up the new black S-Works 2023 carbon warrantyframe one again :) But i think i will sell that lightweight diva...

My 2022 S-Works has cracks in the reararm an front shockmount. I weight 78Kg and prefer Trail/enduro biking.

Do i see right your TTX has a golden shaft ? I have Seen only chrome Silver shafts also in the m.2 Version and the Plastic spring protection sleeve is also shorter. Looks nice 👌 Is This a special Version ?

Looks like the main frame is ball burnished by Speci to surface-strengthen it.
My old Kenevo also had a ball-burnished main frame but no pittings on the rear parts. I see the same on your parts.
Ok, that's 1,25Kg from your S5 Alloy to my S-Works Carbon S3.
Perhaps the S-Works is a lighter frame built than the other Carbon Comp/Expert Carbon frames ? Has anybody the weight of them or knows if there's a weight difference in the carbon-types ?

I was also a little shocked about the high weight difference because i heard from 700-800gr.
I had a Kenevo gen2 in the exact same parts configuration with the same weight as my Levo alloy now has :/

And for the Chainring pulling i always used a selfmade "brose hut" sothat the Puller only pushes onto the outer shaft und forces are not having a walk through the complete drive assembly 😂

after a few fixed Drive S Alu i now have the first real problems with my S-Mag in a Levo22.
Background:
My first S-Mag in a Kenevo gen2 had a motor replacement due to a mechanical grinding sound when motor supported. Never opened it.
Now the Levo22 S-mag failed with belt damage...
