I feel sorry for you. I guess best chance for support here would be if you add screenshots of MC or BLEvo which shows your current firmware version of the motor and battery.
I can’t explain the troubles you are having. I am only wondering, once you change the speed limit in BLEvo to 25km/h and restart the bike, which wheel circumference you are seeing in MC. From my point of view this should be 2255.
I have found the table below which was shared before. I believe based on your findings of previous post, BLEvo's speed limit setting is just programmed for European market.
You will see as you wrote in your last post:
"Setting the slider to 25 km/h (the default value) causes my U.S. bike to...
To make sure we mean the same, in BLEvo you should always set the real wheel circumference. You then adjust the speed slider to the desired speed limit and BLEvo will set a fake wheel size setting in the motor which corresponds to the desired speed limit. (this fake setting will also be shown in...
Not sure if you made this comment in relation to MC or BLEvo. Speaking about BLEvo, there are two versions android and ios version. Android version from my perspective is the best as the maps work also completely offline without mobile data or wifi required. Strava upload can be done at home...
BLEvo does EVERYTHING what MC does but next to that it offers much more features and benefits. You can read the manual via the link below:
Instruction manual in english
You can watch also Rob's video review:
I guess it's best to read the manual first and in case you have questions post them...
Have you ever considered using BLEvo instead of MC? From my perspective it offers much more features and benefits. Above all also a very proactive support of the developer is provided on emtbforums.

I must admit I have the same connection issues like you have. TCU has been replaced already too as at one moment in time I wasn't able to connect at all anymore. (not via MC or BLEvo and not via Android or iPhone) Once that...
I live in Europe and have TCU hardware version 3.1 just like you. Maybe firmware versions 3.019/3.025 and 3.026 differ from 2.019/2.025 and 2.026 due to different base (25km/h vs. 20mph) speed region. I am over asked here.
I do know that the speed of 2.019/3.019 can be adjusted via BLEvo where...
You
You seem to run the first firmware version which contains these bugs. See also this post:

I think you need to upgrade your firmware and then the issues will be solved. I would also recommend to use BLEvo.
Vilt is on holidays so I guess he will respond later with more details. If I am right it has been a loose power plug on the motor side.
Maybe you can check if it is loose.
Just one other idea. When you are standing still in map view, you can lock the map. Then you easily slide the map screen away and have the data screen again. (I had the same issue some weeks ago)
Hi Frank,
Have you heared about the BLEvo remote? I must admit at first I thought I would never use it but I did buy it after Paolo's recommendation. I now use it many times during a ride and it works ideally to switch between map and data view but also for fine tuning smart power levels during...
Hi,
The bike will remember last support settings after disconnecting BLEvo.
For the variable smart power assist % and the recording of the ride data, it’s important to keep BLEvo connected to the bike. BLEvo will automatically reconnect during a ride when it would loose connection.
