Who knows but it seems unrealistic that a bike that is currently the most modern, ie 29" and 18cm suspension, will only survive one year.
My guess is a new fork on base model, new colors.
I also have the old firmware on my two week old bike. I am planning on keeping it that way. I don't care about the rider power being wrong.
I sometimes have a hard time connecting my phone with Blevo with it, but I guess that won't be fixed with new firmware anyway. I am enjoying my unrestricted...
It works now with heart rate. However, I think the app is a bit slow to react. I have set the pulse to max 130 with +-3. Reactivity of assistance is set to high.
Should I instead select +-10 so make it react faster?
I wen't with the base model, liked the color. Will install the latest oneup dropper with 180mm of travel and a better fork. That way I will have a better bike for the same money than the comp.
But I like fiddling with stuff, I would say that it comes down to that.
Just placed an order for a BV6000. My last experience with android was a Garmin Monterra.
Two year old android at launch date and never got even most serious bugs fixed :)
Classic, if it is one things that breaks on a full suspension it is the rear suspension. Seems forks are nearly indestructible compared to rear suspension with its proprietary links etc. when will fox and rock shocks start to make it all at the rear end as well.
This is my base 2019 Levo. My other bike is a 29” XC bike so I really wanted 29” wheels and the app integration of Blevo.
I plan on mounting a Oneup 180mm dropper and a new fork. Standard is too bad.
That was it, now it works. Thank you, it somehow reset itself to custom.
I had lots of connection issues today, phone to bike. I set my Applewatch to flightmode which seems to have solved it.
Smart HR is enabled, heart rate training value is set to 130bpm, I have checked the +-3bpm. There is no Min and max hr to set what I can see on iPhone version.
I have expert mode checked and choose “Set as Emilio”.
I was riding 2.5 hours today, used smart heartrate set to 130. I could not tell it was working harder when approaching that pulse or beeing over it. Should the assistance figure change?
On my level of firmware on a 2019 levo the rider watt is totally wrong all the time if that can be a cause.
So, I got base model Turbo Levo 2019. The fork is no good, I am starting to realize.
I have found a used Fox Rhythm Grip-R 160mm Boost 29” 44mm offset at 480€.
Is that a good upgrade? I am used to the Fox 32 Performance fork on my 29” XC bike.
Ok, thanks for the info. I will consider my options then. But I guess smart power in Blevo will not work since it can’t reliably messure power right @PaoloBLEvo ?
Thank you for your excellent help
I have just ended my first ride with my 2019 Turbo Levo FSR. I had a real problem making it connect Blevo on my iPhone Xs the second time. I removed pairing, resetted the Levo, rebooted iPhone, blueooth on off etc. After 30 mins I just started riding. After 10 mins of riding I managed to pair...
On Andorid, is it possible to use another map than Openstreetmap variants? On iPhone I use an app called "Guru maps" and there I can select maps sources from other places, ie http served maps. Custom map sources for Guru Maps
